| Terms and Conditions |
1. VALIDITY AND RATESThe rates are valid from 01 November 2006 to 31 October 2007 unless specified. All rates quoted are in THB (Thai Baht) unless specified. The rates are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice. |
2. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATIONAll reservation requests will be answered by fax or e-mail within two business days. If you do not receive any reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request as the message could have been garbled or lost in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. |
3. PAYMENTFull payment must be received before our clients' arrival in Phuket unless prior arrangements have been made for credit terms. We reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice if payment has not been received. |
4. CANCELLATION CHARGEGolf courses, hotels and restaurant contractors or any other companies related to the travel industry will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any cancellation charges are levied by them, these charges will be billed to our clients. |
5. REFUND AND NO SHOWAfter commencement of the arrangements or the tour, no refund - in full or in part - will be given for services mentioned in the programme that are not utilised by the clients. |
6. GROUP BOOKINGS/QUOTATIONSSpecial rates for groups will be provided upon request. The deposit must be paid upon confirmation of the booking. |
7. EXCLUDED SERVICESBeverages, meals, laundry, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, airfares, airport taxes and all other items not specified in the tour program are excluded and subject to direct payment by the clients to the service provider. |
8. LIABILITYGolftours Thailand acts only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels, golf courses and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss or damages of valuables, accidents or death, changes of schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control. Golftours Thailand also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. |
